Mike has more than 20 years of experience across multiple telecommunication operators throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. During his leadership stints with large multiple layer teams, he has developed innovative marketing and communications strategies that have driven customer satisfaction, profits and performance.

Before joining Banglalink, Mike was the Chief Marketing Officer in Telenor, Hungary, where he led the commercial team to deliver strong financial performance by implementing the fastest and the most reliable Hipernet network.Prior to that he was the Vice President, Brand Management at Telenor in Oslo, Norway. He also performed in various other commercial leadership roles and gained valuable experience at Vodafone and Rogers AT&T Wireless. He has a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, Canada.
