Banglalink launches new flagship Customer Center in Gulshan

Customer experience zone and other facilities to be available for customers

Dhaka, August 28 2019: Banglalink, one of the leading digital communications service providers in Bangladesh, has launched a new flagship customer center at Gulshan, the commercial and diplomatic hub of the capital. It was inaugurated by Pierre Boutros Obeid, Chief Technology Officer and Acting Chief Commercial Officer, Banglalink. Also present at the inauguration ceremony were Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer, Banglalink, and Shahriar Ahmed Remon, Head of Monobrand & Device, Banglalink.

Along with the opportunity to explore nation’s first digital customer experience zone with amenities like video wall, digital smart phone display, hello wall, BL bar payment service, Transparent LED, internet experience zone, the visitors will get essential telecom facilities such as new connectivity, airtime recharge, SIM replacement and original handset purchase with EMI at the flagship customer service center.
